Hello Everyone!!
I miss you all terribly! Myself, the baby Xander, Bryce and my husband are all doing well under this new “normal.” I planned to return to work at the end of this month, but that is now unlikely to happen. However, we are still running our practice.
Here is what you need to know
Nutritional consulting and virtual NET sessions are available via phone. To request a virtual session, please begin by filling out this Wellness Check. When you complete the survey, save your report as a PDF and email the PDF to me at helenbae@yahoo.com. I will only receive the survey if you download it and send it to me as a PDF. Once I review the survey, I will text you to set up an appointment. In the meantime, please familiarize yourself with this excellent First Aid Stress Tool on NETmindbody.com.
Chiropractic full spine adjustments are still permitted and available in person, provided by Dr. Lisa Devlin until the shelter-in-place is lifted. Dr. Lisa is also a Certified Advanced Activator Method practitioner. Please call her to set up an adjustment at +1 (650) 428-0950. We are taking every precaution to ensure your health safety by wearing face masks and gloves and wiping down the table between each patient. Patients are not booked back to back and there is no wait time in the office suite.
We will continue to ship whole food supplements and herbs to boost your immune system. This process is a little slower than normal, but still in full operation.
It’s surprising how much I have taken for granted – shopping whenever or wherever I want to make whatever special dish I wanted or to hire anyone to help me with anything I didn’t want to do. I have to imagine each of you finds yourself with similar unexpected frustrations.
Please take this time to be kind to yourself and either complete something you have been putting off or begin something you’ve always wanted to do, but never had the time. A person said to me that power is not something you have – power arises when you are in action.
As with anything and everything, this shall pass and hopefully we will arise stronger than ever.
With love,
Helen Bae Mankoski
